Mr. Sommer is leading and strategically guiding Grand Dominion Homes from startup, to scalability, and into expansionary mode as new opportunities develop. His role includes sourcing, purchasing land and lots. Other responsibilities include developing plans, specifications, design and structural options, sales and marketing initiatives, and operational guidelines and procedures. Mr. Sommer is an experienced industry professional working for public and private builders, including Drees Homes, Partners in Building, Toll Brothers and Pulte. He is a skilled senior level leader in team, operational, performance, and fiscal management. 

Keith Blum

Executive VP of Purchasing and Operations


Mr. Blum is establishing and overseeing all purchasing and operations management. He also is managing estimating, vendor relationships, and insurance requirements and is responsible for implementing the operational system for housing data. Mr. Blum has 20+ years of residential homebuilding experience working as a construction field manager, purchasing and design center manager, and senior level vice president of purchasing for national homebuilders such as Emerald Homes, Pulte, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers and M/I Homes.

Van Nguyen

Executive VP of Sales and Marketing


Mr. Nguyen is responsible for the implementation and management of the sales and marketing departments and developing sales and contracting systems. He also is implementing the CRM system for lead gathering, tracking, and production. Mr. Nguyen has held sales and executive level sales management positions in the residential homebuilding industry over the last 25 years for builders such as Ryland, M/I Homes, Signorelli Custom Homes/First America Homes and Beazer Homes.
